1. Scope & Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern purchases of UAV components, drones, spare parts, accessories, custom components, and related products and services (“Products”) sold by Qingdao Tecsino International Trade Co., Ltd., operating under the TELONX brand (“Seller”), through telonx.com (“Site”).

By placing an order through the Site, the Purchaser (“You”) agrees to be bound by this Agreement. Completion of checkout constitutes an offer to purchase, subject to verification and acceptance by the Seller.

2. Definitions

• Purchaser: The individual or company placing an order.
• Products: Any products, components, equipment, or services offered through the Site.
• Seller: Qingdao Tecsino International Trade Co., Ltd., operating under the TELONX brand.
• Site: The website operated at telonx.com and related TELONX online services.
• B2B Order: A wholesale, bulk, project-based, OEM, custom, recurring, or other business transaction separately quoted or agreed between the Purchaser and Seller.

3. Product Information

• Product images are provided for product identification and reference purposes. Actual appearance may vary depending on product version, packaging or condition.
• Product descriptions, specifications, models and compatibility information are provided based on the information available to the Seller at the time of listing.
• Specifications, models, availability and product configurations may change without prior notice.
• The Seller makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate product information but does not guarantee that all information is complete or error-free.
• Purchasers are responsible for reviewing product specifications and compatibility information before placing an order. Where compatibility is uncertain, Purchasers are encouraged to contact TELONX before ordering.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Unless otherwise stated, product prices displayed on the Site are in USD.
• Applicable shipping charges, import duties, VAT, GST, customs fees or other destination-country charges may apply depending on the order and destination.
• Payment methods may include PayPal, bank transfer, credit card and other payment methods made available by TELONX or its payment service providers.
• Payment must be received or otherwise confirmed before an order is released for fulfillment, unless different payment terms have been agreed in writing.
• Orders affected by obvious pricing, specification or availability errors may be subject to correction, clarification or cancellation before shipment.

5. Sales Terms

Order Process

For online purchases, the general order process is: product selection → cart → customer information → payment → order review → order submission → order confirmation.

Order Acceptance

An order confirmation or automated email may acknowledge receipt of an order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order. The Seller reserves the right to verify and accept or reject an order before shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery commitment has been agreed in writing. Shipping methods and delivery arrangements may vary according to product, destination, order size and logistics conditions.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Purchaser is responsible for applicable import duties, VAT, GST, customs duties, clearance charges and other destination country taxes or fees.

Cancellation & Changes

Order cancellation or changes are subject to order status and must be acknowledged by the Seller in writing. Custom, OEM, specially sourced or project-based orders may not be cancellable once procurement, production or other fulfillment activities have commenced.

Returns & Warranty

For online orders placed through the Site, eligible products may be covered by our Refund & Returns Policy and applicable Warranty Policy .

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Seller disclaims warranties, representations or conditions that are not expressly provided in the applicable product listing, written agreement, Returns & Refund Policy or Warranty Policy.

The Seller does not assume responsibility for damage, malfunction or loss resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, improper storage, operation outside applicable specifications, or failure to follow applicable product instructions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Seller's aggregate liability arising from or relating to a Product or transaction shall not exceed the total purchase price actually paid for the affected Product or order.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Seller shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities or anticipated savings.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

Product names, trademarks, photographs, descriptions, technical materials and other intellectual property displayed on the Site may belong to TELONX, its suppliers, manufacturers or other respective rights holders.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants the Purchaser any ownership rights in such intellectual property except where expressly agreed in writing.

Where a product or component is supplied from a third-party manufacturer, the Seller does not represent that the Purchaser receives any intellectual property rights in the manufacturer's designs, trademarks, technology or technical documentation unless expressly agreed.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.

Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be submitted to the competent courts located in Qingdao, China, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected through the Site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy .

11. General Provisions

• Modification: The Seller may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version applicable to an order will generally be the version in effect at the time the order is accepted, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing.
• Written Agreements: Specific written quotations, purchase orders, sales contracts or other agreements may establish transaction- specific terms for B2B, wholesale, project, OEM and custom orders.
• Entire Agreement: For online purchases, these Terms & Conditions together with the applicable product information and referenced policies constitute the general terms governing the transaction. For B2B transactions, the applicable written agreement may supplement or supersede these general terms.
• Assignment: The Seller may assign or transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a business transfer, corporate restructuring or transfer of relevant assets, subject to applicable law.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
