1. Scope & Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all purchases of projector lamps, laser modules, DJI drones, stage lights, and related products and services (“Products”) sold by Telonx (“Seller”) through telonx.com (“Site”). By placing an order, the Purchaser (“You”) agree to be bound by this Agreement. Completion of checkout constitutes an offer to purchase, subject to verification and acceptance by the Seller.

2. Definitions

  • Purchaser: Individual or company placing an order.
  • Products: Any items or services offered for sale on the Site.
  • Seller: Telonx, the owner and operator of the Site.

3. Product Information

  • Product images are for reference only; textual descriptions reflect actual conditions.
  • Specifications, models, and features may change without prior notice.
  • Seller strives for accuracy but does not guarantee information is error-free.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in USD, DAP (Incoterms® 2020), exclusive of import duties, VAT, or other taxes.
  • Payment methods: PayPal, Payoneer, Bank Transfer, Stripe, Credit Card, Western Union, and other supported gateways.
  • Payment security is PCI DSS compliant.
  • Orders with obvious pricing errors may be corrected or canceled.

5. Sales Terms

  • Order Process: Select → Cart → Addresses → Payment → Review → Place Order → Confirmation Email.
  • Order Acceptance: Confirmation email signifies receipt, not acceptance. Seller may reject orders before shipment.
  • Shipping & Delivery: Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk transfers to Purchaser at DAP destination. Tracking numbers provided upon dispatch.
  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: Purchaser is responsible for all import fees, VAT, GST, and customs duties.
  • Cancellation & Changes: Only accepted with written acknowledgement. Special orders cannot be canceled once production starts.
  • Returns & Warranty: 30-day returns plus warranty-covered claims. See Refund & Returns Policy and Warranty Policy for details.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Seller disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or course of trade. No liability for damages arising from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow manuals.

7. Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability is limited to the total purchase price paid for Products under this Agreement. No liability for indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property

Seller ensures, to the best of its knowledge, that Products do not infringe third-party patents. If infringement occurs, Seller may (a) procure usage rights, (b) replace the Product, or (c) refund the purchase price.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Qingdao, China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan). United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded. Disputes shall be adjudicated exclusively in courts located in Qingdao, China.

10. Privacy

User data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. General Provisions

  • Waiver & Modification: Any changes must be in writing and approved by an authorized official of the Seller.
  • Entire Agreement: This document contains the complete agreement; prior proposals or agreements are excluded.
  • Binding Effect & Assignment: Seller may assign rights to affiliates or asset purchasers.
  • Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the remaining Agreement.
  • Further Assurances: Parties agree to perform any acts necessary to effect the Agreement.
