1. Warranty Policy

Applicable Products: All electronic parts/devices sold via Telonx.com

1.1 Warranty Coverage

Inclusions:
  • Manufacturing defects in materials/workmanship
  • Functional failures under normal use conditions
  • Shipping damage
Exclusions:
  • Physical damage (drops, liquid exposure, bent pins)
  • Unauthorized modifications/repairs

1.2 Warranty Period

Standard warranty period: 90 days – 2 years from receipt. Refer to product description or order invoice.

1.3 Global Claim Process

Step 1: Initiate Claim
  • Contact: warranty@telonx.com (Include Order #, SN, defect video)
  • Response within <48 business hours
Step 2: Return Authorization
  1. RMA issued with regional return address
  2. Return shipping:
    • Buyer pays unless shipping damage, defective product, or verified seller error.
    • EU/UK/US: prepaid label if our fault.
    • Other regions: seller covers initially.

1.4 Service Options

Refund or resend replacement after verification.

3.1 Order Processing

Orders processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Peak season may extend processing.

3.2 Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Expedited (DHL/UPS/FedEx): 3-5 business days
  • Standard (ePacket/Special-line): 7-14 business days
  • Other Countries/China Post: 15-30 business days

3.3 Duties & Taxes

Purchaser responsible for all import duties, VAT, GST, customs fees. Not included in order price.

3.4 Shipping Issues

  • Package shows delivered but not received: check neighbors/building office/carrier.
  • Delayed packages: track online or contact support (tracking@telonx.com).
  • Lost packages: contact support for resolution (refund/replacement) (warranty@telonx.com).
